arrival within 24 hours for most European destinations
and 2-5 days worldwide.

Our products are always in stock. Unlike some other
Internet vendors, Code-Free DVD carries physical stock
and advertises nothing it does not have ready to ship.

if I want to Cancel my order?
You may cancel an order if the goods have not been
shipped out already. Please call 1-866-869-7062 or email support@codefreedvd.com to cancel your

are your Returns Procedures?
Should the goods be faulty on receipt, please contact support@codefreedvd.com or call ourselves
direct on 1-866-869-7062. All goods have a 12 month warranty as
standard. Once we have
established that no damage has been caused by a 3rd
party, we re-ship you a brand new replacement in no more
than 24 hours on receipt of the defective unit.
Q What
if I don't like the product and want a refund?
That is no problem. All we ask is that you return the goods in 7
days in A-1 condition. We do not refund shipping and your refund
will be subject to 4.8% credit card transaction fee.
